My Eyes! My Eyes!
Oy. So first of all my right eye has been stinging on an off for the past few days. So finally this morning, I went to Pearle Vision by my office (can I just tell you how HOT the doctor is there? Me-ow!) and hotdoc said that I have been wearing my contacts too much and that my cornea is inflamed. So no contacts for at least a week, and I have drops for every three to four hours, plus rewetting drops to use all the time. I am going back for a follow up (ew get your minds out of the gutter) on Friday. But at least I don’t have pink eye, which is what I thought I had.
Anywho, so in feminist news…the Chicago-NOW choice team meeting (led by your truly) is tomorrow night at 6:30pm at the Borders at North and Halsted. We are discussing what we are doing for Roe v Wade. Right now the plan is to do a screening and discussion of the movie Speak Out: I had an Abortion, but that may change. And date is TBD, but I will hopefully know more tomorrow. So please come to the meeting!!
